Can't Delete TempRec Files

For the existing files in recorded TV folder, you can delete them now. What about changing the ownership of C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV\TempRec\TempSBE so the System can't write there? Thanks for looking.............. Your cache administrator is webmaster.

Then, the files will be stored in the right direction and you do not have to delete them. But i believe disabling any of these will render WMC not to work at all.
