When a trojan is discovered by your anti-virus program, you need to perform two tasks!1 You need to turn off your system restore. Disconnect any external drives (Time Machine, USB, firewire, etc.) Go into the Quarantine Manager and 'clear' all of the items from the list - not cleanup. if a trojan was found to be a windows system file and you deleted it, good things wont always happen.
